At SoftRiot, we want you to love your order.
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect device selection made by the customer
- Custom or personalised phone cases
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If approved, we may offer:
- A replacement item
- Store Credit
- A refund where required under Australian Consumer Law
Please note:
- Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings & printing processes.
- Customers are responsible for selecting the correct phone model before checkout.
