Refund policy

At SoftRiot, we want you to love your order. 

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect device selection made by the customer
  • Custom or personalised phone cases

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. 

If approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement item
  • Store Credit 
  • A refund where required under Australian Consumer Law

Please note:

  • Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings & printing processes. 
  • Customers are responsible for selecting the correct phone model before checkout.
