Q: How do I order a custom case?
A: Simply upload your image/design through our “Create Your Own” section and select your phone model before checkout.

Q: Will I see my custom design before it’s made?
A: Mock-ups are only provided for orders containing personalised text. Photo-ready and design-only orders are printed as submitted and professionally formatted to suit your selected phone case model.

Q: Can I add custom text to a case?
A: Absolutely. You can personalise your case with names, quotes, initials or custom text.

Q: Are the cases protective?
A: Yes — our cases are designed to be both stylish and protective with shockproof protection and premium quality materials.

Q: Will the design placement look exactly like the photos?
A: Design placement may vary slightly depending on your phone model and camera cut-out positioning. This helps to ensure the overall design and artwork display correctly on each case.  

Q: Are your cases MagSafe compatible?
A: Yes!

Q: Where do you ship from?
A: All orders are made and shipped from Melbourne, Australia.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Processing times may vary as each order is made to order. Shipping times are shown at checkout.                                                                                                                            Please allow for slight delays during sales, promotions, public holidays, and peak periods.           

 

RETURNS & SUPPORT

Q: Can I return a custom case?
A: Due to the personalised nature of custom products, custom cases cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrect.

Q: What if there’s an issue with my order?
